The centre will open with three doctors working part time alongside a full-time nurse practitioner and a family practice nurse, and Dr. Young says recruitment is ongoing to add a fourth physician.
The federation says its proposals focus on retaining nurses, encouraging them to return to the profession and the public healthcare system, and new measures to recruit and train the next generation.
