British Columbia’s attorney general says the province’s Supreme Court has certified the government’s class-action lawsuit against opioid manufacturers and distributors.
In response to the growing willingness of patients and healthcare professionals to try non-pharmacological approaches, researchers carried out a meta-analysis of 113 randomized controlled trials.
The province announced that 11 pharmacies were selected to provide testing and assessment for strep throat and ear infections, while an additional 37 pharmacies will be offering ear infection assessments only.
