Why the OMA missed the boat in current negotiations with government
Playing the “access card” when some parts of the province are practically swarming with doctors is just plain bad strategy, and the fact is that in those areas where access continues to be a problem the OMA has proven powerless to convince their colleagues to serve. The OMA should have figured out months ago that the government had decided to make them a poster child for austerity.
