OTTAWA | Actuarial analysis of the Canadian healthcare system concludes that, at current growth rates, costs will eventually be at levels such that provinces and territories will be required to spend almost all of their budgets on healthcare. This would be at the expense of other programs such as education, social welfare and infrastructure.

A new study shows, for the first time, that comprehensive lifestyle changes do have the potential of reversing aging at the cellular level. Physicians who keep to up-to-date on such research likely already use genetic testing for the sake of their patients. This study provides yet more proof that genetic testing—including telomere testing—should be standard practice.
