Is the OMA taking a softer stance on expanded scope of practice for pharmacists?

Two years ago, the OMA said pharmacists were unqualified to make diagnoses and argued expanding their scope of practice could harm patient safety. Today, the group appears to be more concerned with ensuring ‘clear information sharing’ across ‘healthcare providers.’
