Physicians who have a permanent address in the province will automatically receive the benefit, the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association says

For the second time, Dr. Michel Prevost is facing sanctions for administering Botox to patients for migraines—a direct violation of his practice conditions.

The province’s online dashboard has not been updated since June of last year. It shows about $1.6 million—roughly 17%—had been collected of fine amounts totalling $9.5 million.
