Physicians at the Canadian Medical Association’s annual general council unanimously lashed governments who use legislative measures to renege on freely and previously signed fee deals.
Federal Health Minister Rona Ambrose put the onus on physicians and stressed the importance of the physician-patient relationship to improve the health of Canadians.
