Perifit has released a new wireless pelvic floor strengthener.

The Perifit Care+ is a smaller product than its other version, Perifit Care.

Both silicone probes connect via Bluetooth to an app with games that help train pelvic floor muscles. Users contract their pelvic floor muscles to do things such as make birds fly or hit targets in real time. The games are run through an app that includes suggested workouts and progress reports.

Using Perifit Care+ four times a week can help decrease urinary incontinence and increase comfort during sexual intercourse.

It can help with pelvic floor function after childbirth, and alleviate symptoms associated with mild to moderate prolapse, the company says.
