TORONTO | The Ontario government has begun the process of accepting applications for “wave five” of its multi-year rollout of family health teams. “Interested applicants must submit applications to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 25,” the ministry said on its website.
