We asked the current executive of the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Students and Interns to share what they are working on as they prepare this country's future pharmacists for their careers in the profession. Here's the first in a series of monthly blogs that will keep us informed.

Under the new rules, IMGs will not be eligible to apply for residency in Ontario in the first round unless they attended at least two years of high school in the province.

The initial class of 48 students will start at Simon Fraser University’s existing campus in Surrey, while construction of the permanent facility begins late next year and is expected to be ready for classes by the fall 2030.

Now in its second year, the program is shaping the next generation of leaders.
