Initially I was nervous about this opportunity to practise in a French-speaking community, as I had never actively spoken French outside of grade school. Although challenging, the experience had boosted my confidence and helped me to feel confident in another language.

Pharmacy students often ask what they can do to best position themselves for the pharmaceutical industry. While many pharmacy schools offer exposure through courses that teach applicable skills, there are also opportunities outside of the classroom that can help students stand out.
