VICTORIA | An emergency doctor who says he’s owed $100,000 for work is speaking out ahead of a class-action lawsuit against the British Columbia health ministry.
Essentially, the researchers called up general physicians in the Toronto area and used a script that identified them as either a bank employee or a welfare recipient.
