Community pharmacists Arnold Chew and Carey Lai started as vaccinators with Manitoba's vaccine implementation task force. But after rolling out an innovative system for mass immunizations, they now lead the province's biggest, busiest and arguably most efficient COVID-19 vaccine sites.
