The old saying “nothing remains constant except change itself” must have been written by someone well-versed in the day-to-day operations of retail pharmacy.
Dr. Fady Rizk Masoud Ghaly, who practised in the Greater Toronto Area, has been suspended from medical practice for 14 months starting in June and ordered to pay $15,555 to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
