TORONTO | The Arthritis Society has established three new programs: a National Childhood Arthritis Advisory Committee, a Backpack Program for children 10 and under diagnosed with arthritis, and a Donations Program to fund research and programs targeted specifically towards addressing the challenges of childhood arthritis.

TORONTO | The MaRS Collaboration Centre will be the location of the annual gala dinner of the Royal Canadian Institute for the Advancement of Science (RCI) on April 25, 2013. The event, under the theme “Feed Your Inner Einstein,” features conversations with scientists from many disciplines, including health-related research.
