Last year, I was approached by a nurse in our clinic to take part in a new project called “Alberta Screening and Prevention.” It’s the brainchild of the Toward Optimized Practice group, and the goal as I understand it is to improve on the fact that only about one-third of adults in this province receive the recommended care for screening and prevention.
