Over the past few years, physicians across Canada have been making the move from paper to electronic medical records (EMRs) at a fast pace. By mid-2012, more than half of primary-care doctors had adopted EMRs, according to an international survey released in November by The Commonwealth Fund. But are doctors tapping into the full potential of EMRs?
