As of December 15, registered pharmacy students and pharmacy technicians in Ontario will be required to carry personal professional liability insurance.
With regulation, expected to come soon, techs will be held to the same standards pharmacists are accustomed to and will be accountable to the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
