The Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada released its election platform, recommending ways pharmacies can help build public health capacity and improve access to medications.

"It was a breach of process," said Dr. Sheldon Salaba, president of the Ontario Association of Optometrists.

Currently, the province pays $44 in OHIP funding for eye exams for younger people up to age 19, and for those over age 65.
