“Weekend warriors” engage in demanding sporting activities on weekends despite minimal physical activity during the week— and frequently end up in physicians’ offices with injuries.
The Society of Rural Physicians of Canada sent a letter to provincial and territorial health ministers advocating for national licensure for Canadian physicians. Eleven other medical associations signed the letter.
