Here’s what healthcare workers need to know about major changes Canada is looking to make to regulations around controlled substances

Both the CPhA and the OPA have submitted responses to the proposed regulations, suggesting changes, including having pharmacists be classified as prescribers and making the ability for pharmacists to adapt prescriptions for controlled substances permanent.
