Doc facing 7-year-old $146K fraudulent billing case gets suspension and $31K penalty on separate issue

Dr. Harmander Singh Gill has already been found guilty in another case from 2014 involving fraudulent billing for rapid strep tests. But he's currently appealing the Ontario college's decision to revoke his license and to impose hearing costs of $124,000.
