CE: Gynecology forum for pharmacists

The Gynecology Health Forum for pharmacists is a self-learning program in four modules, covering themes of contraception, endometriosis, uterine fibroids and pharmacist-patient communication. Approved for 1.0 continuing education credits. CCCEP# 1044-2022-3499-I-P.

Learning objectives:

  • Determine the impact of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and contraception on gynecologic health
  • Direct patients on the appropriate use and potential side effects of pharmacotherapy for endometriosis and uterine fibroids
  • Guide patients on the appropriate use, risks, and benefits of contraception, including combined oral contraceptives
  • Understand how best to communicate with patients regarding the use of contraception and pharmacotherapy for uterine fibroids and endometriosis
