The government and the Nurses Association of New Brunswick say seats have been confirmed for the province's graduate nurses who want to write the Quebec test.
The province has pushed through Bill 7 quickly as part of its efforts to deal with an ongoing healthcare crisis, moving earlier this week to bypass public hearings on the legislation.
