'Just a GP' campaign aims to tackle disparaging attitude towards med students who pursue primary care

Some U.K. doctors have started a campaign to highlight the work of general practitioners in a bid to counter narratives that disparage medical students who choose to specialize in primary care.

The doctors behind the campaign told GPOnline that general practice can be "talked down" in medical schools, as trainers and clinicians sometimes use "denigrating language" when discussing it.
