Are you having trouble logging in to the Canadian Healthcare Network?


We're sure you've noticed that we've recently given our website a major makeover! 

As a result, former users are being asked to log back into the site. Your login credentials should not have changed when we updated the site, so whatever you were using before should work today! 

However, if you're still having trouble logging in, there are a few things you can do:

If you're getting a message saying An account with this email address already exists then you might accidentally be trying to Register rather than Login. 

If you're getting a message saying your password is incorrect, simply click the Forgot Password button on the Login page to update your password.
